There’s a distinct kind of beauty that emerges when faith, love, and floral design come together—and Quinn and Hugo’s wedding was a radiant reflection of that harmony. Set in a serene, light-filled space, their special day was adorned with florals that whispered elegance, purity, and timeless romance.
As floral designers, we often talk about moments that feel “heaven-touched.” This wedding was exactly that—from the sacred ceremony installation to the intimate bridal details.
A Floral-Draped Cross: The Heart of the Ceremony
At the center of it all stood a simple wooden cross, lovingly draped in blooms. We designed this piece with an airy cascade of garden roses, lisianthus, hydrangea, stock, Queen Anne’s lace, and lush ruscus greenery. The arrangement’s gentle asymmetry gave it a naturally elegant flow, enhancing the shape of the cross without overwhelming its simplicity.
Every flower was placed with intention, each bloom carrying symbolism and story. It wasn’t just about beauty—it was worship expressed through design. The white and ivory tones represented purity and new beginnings, while the layers of texture brought depth and softness that mirrored the couple’s deep, intentional love.

The Bride’s Details: Where Elegance Meets Intimacy
Quinn’s bridal details were equally enchanting. Her bouquet was a continuation of the ceremony florals—soft ivory and cream blooms, with blush undertones peeking through in the garden roses. It was full and lush, but never overdone. Paired with satin heels, pearl jewelry, and her bridal vow book, the bouquet was part of a storybook scene that felt both editorial and deeply personal.
Touches of Queen Anne’s lace and ruffled petals brought movement and whimsy to the bouquet, while still maintaining a refined, classic feel. It was the kind of bouquet that looks as though it had grown just for her—delicate, romantic, and entirely hers.

Why White Florals Endure
White-on-white floral palettes never go out of style. They’re versatile, photograph beautifully, and evoke a sense of quiet luxury. For couples who want their wedding day to feel timeless and sacred, white florals are a perfect match. In this design, we leaned into creamy neutrals and fresh greenery to create an aesthetic that was both graceful and grounded.
This style works seamlessly in chapel settings, vineyards, private estates—anywhere love is being celebrated with meaning.

Designing With Heart
At The Lilee Cottage, we believe floral design is more than just arrangements—it’s storytelling through blooms. Quinn and Hugo’s day was a joy to be part of because it aligned so perfectly with our heart: to create designs that evoke joy, wonder, and a sense of divine beauty. We’re always inspired by the couples we serve and the sacredness of the moments we get to be part of.
If you’re dreaming of a wedding that feels like worship and celebration intertwined, filled with lush florals that reflect your story and your heart—we’d love to walk that journey with you.
